Exercise

Today I exercised for about 20 minutes at Curves. I started a free 1 week membership.



Being accountable to me - exercise

Monday, took 2 short walks with my daughter
Tuesday, went to the gym, treadmill for 25 minutes @ 2.1 per hour

I went for a walk or walked on the treadmill almost every day this week.



3 days in a row

at the gym I am gradually adding on more aerobics. After this temporary gym membership ends, I hope to get another one. A step at a time in the right direction.



2-week gym pass

I started a 2-week gym pass today. I took it easy. 10 minutes on the treadmill at 2.0, and 10 minuntes on the biycle at the lowest speed. Tomorrow I plan to go for at least 15 minutes on each. It felt good to do the exercise. I could feel my body switching afterwards.

I took a walk around my neighborhooe this afternoon.

I did alot of walking at the airport today. It felt good after I was done.

Sunday: strength training with 2 pound weights
Monday: housecleaning
Tuesday: 1 mile walk, strength training w/2 lb weights, & housecleaning
Wenesday: 1 mile walk, housecleaning
Thursday: strength training w/2 lb weights, & housecleaning
Friday: household task – grocery shopping
Saturday: much needed rest
