I have been getting plenty of water consistantly for about a month now. I am actually shooting for about 1/2 my body weight in ounces per day. I weight about 200 pounds so I shoot for 100 ounces of water a day.
I am going to call this goal complete.

I am calling this week a success. I was short on 2 days but I more than made up for it on my good days.
That splash is my youngst daugther diving off the side into the pool on Thursday.
I have been doing well at drinking plenty of water recently.
Starting this weekend I am only going to be doing an entry here once a week. I will be updating it daily. When I drink water consistantly for 3 weeks I will count this as complete. If I start slacking off again after that I will re-do it as a goal.
I drank plenty today. TRYing to do it everyday along with taking a mile walk today made the difference.
I have been averaging about 6 glasses of water a day for the last week. When I start doing more vigorous exercise I know my water intake will go up too.
A lot of my goals overlap like that.
