I was at a healthy weight in High School. I want to be a healthy weight again. In High School I did not eat healthy. Now I want to eat healthy consistantly. In High School I did not overeat, I would get full. Now I rarely get full and when I do, I know I have gained weight. I need to learn to be content with being satisfied after eating enough healthy food.
I am just rambling.
Anyone else have any rambling thoughts to add to these thoughts?
