Whenever I do not have my vitamins planned out, at least I am taking the chewable ones. I have chewable C, and chocolate chewable Calcium.

Week of April 16, 2006 - Take vitamins daily 3 years ago

Sunday: took all of my vitamins that are in pill form
Monday: took all of my vitamins. 1st day totally in a long time!
Tuesday: took all of my vitamins, except a powder one.
Wenesday: took all of my vitamins.
Thursday: took all of my vitamins.
Friday: took all of my vitamins.
Saturday: no, I needed to refill my vitamins but I did not.



Major breakthrough for me. 3 years ago

I made a list of all of the suppliments that I take for the Perricone diet on listsofbests last week. Today I printed it out and filled up my pill container with the suppliments I have been wanting to take.

There are other ones I am taking also that are not associated with the diet plan. I got those prepared in pill boxes also. I will have no excuse for not following through on taking my vitamin for the next week. I just have to refill the pill boxes 2x’s on time and I will call this goal complete.

Tuesday: Took the 2 vitamins 1x today, took a multi and a calium chew
Wenesday: Took the 3 vitamins 3x today (added vitamin C), took a multi and a calium chew
Thursday: Took 2 vitamins 3x’s a day, took a multi & vitamin C
Friday: Took 2 vitamins 3x’s a day, took a multi & vitamin C
Saturday: Took all of my vitamins that are in pill form, and the one kind from a dropper. I took ALL or the vitamins except for the kind that I need to take by mixing into a liquid.

I got up early this morning to register for a 5k walk. Since I take vitamin 3x’s a day, I took the container that holds my vitamins along with me and 2 bananas. I brought the bananas because it is better to take the vitamins with food. I took my breakfast and lunch vitamins while I was out.

I ended up taking all of the vitamins that I had set up.

I took two types of vitamins with each meal today. I have the 2 types of vitamins set up for the whole week. I am making progress.



I've been lagging on getting started on this 3 years ago

Today I took calcium 3x’s. I also set up a pill container to take 3x’s a day for a week. This is a start. I have a lot more vitamins and herbals to set up. I need to get organized concerning knowing how many of each vitamin I am suppose to take.

Once I get this step up, I am going to be following the Perricone plan for vitamins and nutrition.

Off and on I have been consistant at taking my vitamins. I have been doing the Perricone Weight Loss Diet and there are a lot of vitamins recommended for it. I want to take my vitamins consistently while I have all of the vitamins recommended. After that, I will make a choice as to whether or not I want to continue purchasing and taking all of the vitamins recommended. Either way there will still be some basic vitamins that I will still want to take regularly.
