That is a step closer to planning a menu. I plan to plan my dinners for now a day at a time.
One of the things that are stressed at the meetings are to plan a menu. This was my 1st time ever going to an OA meeting. I have been in other 12 step programs before so I am familiar with the format. I plan to continue to attend, to gain more support for eating healthy. I know that planning a menu will soon be a higher priority for me.
I want to start this slowly. I already have notebooks of meal plans organized by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. Now I just need to get organized and plan ahead what I am going to eat or print out new menus if I am not satisfied with what I already have ready.
