Still trying to lose another 2-3kgs. I seem to stabilize at 67-68 kgs for the past month but I feel so much better and happier with a lighter me. Started walking and jogging slowly every day now because keeping it off is really my major long-term focus!

Having weightwatchers meals and fruits. I feel a little better and lost a a bit the first week. Encouraging, perhaps this is the way to go for me.
Make it my purpose to stay away from the refrigerator
for the last 3 of my waking hours; to eat one raw
vegetable/fruit today and drink my 8 glasses of water no matter what!
The quality of my health is very good. I feel like most of my dreams have come true. Only one thing is missing, and that is having a body that I feel excited about. It’s not that I am way overweight, or need to lose weight fast so I can love myself. I just look in the mirror and don’t feel I am that attractive.
