How do I define success?

6 years ago I was on an NLP practioners training course and we were asked to turn our seats into a circle and write a word that represented a goal of how you would see yourself in the future and to draw a line under it.
We were asked to stand behind the line on the paper and to think about the vision we had for our word, what would our journey be? How would we get there? What would we look like? Who would be there with us? and when we have arrived we were to cross the line and stand on that word.
My word was SUCCESS. I still have that piece of paper till this day. I will know I’m a successful person when I have achieved every picture I visioned the day I crossed that line.
