Apart from going to the gym once a week I have bought the slim in 6 DVD from beach body.
I’ve taken my before photos and huhhum well…..lets say I’ve got some working out to do!
It also comes with a nutrition guide, it’s American so foods are quite different in the uk but I can alternate.
First session yesterday and its not so bad to actually do it, it’s just after when you realise how sore you can feel.
I am also back onto my Herbalife shakes, I made one whilst preparing dinner yesterday and it was delicious, I had my workout, ate dinner after and had a hot soak in the bath before hitting the sack.
I guess it’s just getting used to a routine.
I have bought a huge pin board from the boot sale yesterday and I’m going to do my journey for the next 6 weeks, I’ve been putting this off for far too long!!!

This strengthens your core muscles, gluteus and thighs but also works out every muscle in the body. During the physical part of the lesson my legs couldn’t cope yet during the strength and conditioning part of the class my legs were the strongest and my arms the weekest

I will focus on improving my core muscles and feeling healthier in my muscle balance..plan of action here I come
I have had a real shock this week after I caught a glimpse of my overhang….urghhhh me mot likey at all…and where the hell did all that come from? Is ot because i’ve dropped a dress size and Ive not toned properly?
Not to mention the littel things that have started happening with sneezes and coughs…I need some core work so shall i Go back to doing pilates?

Action Required Focus upon the following areas:
Increase unrefined carbohydrates and reduce sugar levels in your diet
Reduce saturated fat intake
Increase water levels drunk each day
Increase levels of fibre consumed
Ive developed saggy and wobbly areas, I just want to pull my stomach in, lift my rib cage, stand straighter and taller, be skinnier and sexier.
Preferably before my wedding day!
