It's official

At 36 I’m fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been.
Have worked hard and fitness is now my lifestyle. Healthy eating and regular cardio and strength traning between 3 and 5 times a week



Variation

On average I’m in the gym 3x a week, this week I have around 7 classes booked, have been doing kickboxing, combat, power plates, circuits and weights.
I’m drinking plenty of water every day and still taking evening primrose oil, cod liver oil, zinc.

Stopped drinking milk a while ago now, I use oat milk mainly for my cereal, up until recently I used soya milk, but have decided to avoid soya products now too. Recently found coconut milk for cereal etc in a health shop, Will be tasting that tommorow.



Dec update

So I’m still on my fitness….was going out regular for power walks and jogs, plus some zumba classes….now the weather is darker and colder I have joined pure gym, am using it regular, maybe 3 times a week on average.
I’m definitely staying on it….I noticed when I slack on my workouts it affects me mentally, I struggle to deal with some things…so not just for physical but mental and emotional reasons….

I have done some classes that have made my muscles hurt in places I’ve never felt! Also, for days and days…I know I’m making a difference… Gotta stay on it! :) By God’s grace

Just had a lil workout at the gym at my job, pushed myself a lil more with the situps, my muscles in my legs and arms are sore, so I know I’ve worked them.

Although I feel like I’ve put on a few pounds maybe, ppl are still commenting on how I look good. I know that as of next week not being at work I’m gonna devote more time to my juicing and powerwalking. Wanna feel better than I do right now which is a little sluggish, being mid cycle doesnt help I guess….but gotta try not to feel de-motivated as the weight loss has slowed down..
