I’m a lindy hopper. I like to dance fast. I need to work on being able to dance fast to a full song (3 minutes or so) without feeling like lying down on the floor in the middle of a dance (my dance partners give me strange looks when I do this). I’d love suggestions. I’m about the laziest person ever, except for dancing. But theoretically, I figure if I want to dance fast easily for three minutes, I should jog hard for six minutes until that’s easy. Any other ideas?
