...but getting there.
I got my immobilizer off right before the new year and did physical theorpy in January and February at the doctors, before continuing on my own at the gym.
I’ve been trying to go to the gym 3-5 times a week for my own physical well being, as well as doing a lot of strength training about once a week.
I’ve lost about 10 of the 15 pounds I gained thanks to my knee (only exercize, not dieting – I choose to try to eat healthy as a lifestyle choice, mainly home prepared, organic, local foods and nonprocessed stuff, but I do let myself eat some “bad” stuff in moderation).
I still get up from sitting on the floor like an old lady and my knee aches after long walks or bike rides. Boo.
