I’m doing great.
We just moved and we aren’t going to get a car. So it’s all walking, bussing, or biking. I’ve been biking to and from school.
The easiest way to do this is by forcing it. That’s how it is with me and exercise in general.

Spring is slowly making its presence known.
I will reevaluate this in April and see how I’m doing.
This week was bad: Sunday – rode bike to the grocery store and drug store
Monday – rainy so didn’t bike
Today – visiting school (30 min drive) so no biking to work and I have to clean my apartment and have plans tonight that involve driving.
bummer…but hopefully I’ll be back on track by next month. :)
In August, when I bought a bike here in Japan I was terrified. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was 11 or 12 years old. It was shakey at first…but now I love it.
Unfortunitly, now that it’s cold, I don’t bike EVERYDAY but still manage to most days.
I’m going to wait until March, when it warms up and reevaluate if I’m actually riding everyday and then check this off. :)
This is something I hope I can continue when I return home to the states in August.
