A few years ago this would never have been on my list to be honest; I used to always be on time and used to hate people who were late for everything.. but now I am one of those people. Sometimes I’m ok and just a few minutes late but then theres other times when I fall asleep again or something; it really doesn’t help my sleeping pattern for one thing.
So I’m going to start getting up on time and being ready, set little changes every day, take it one step at a time so I can get back to being reliable like I used to be!
