A few more to go. I finally have an appointment for a physical for next week. I am planning on getting in to the dentist on the same day for my six-month-turned-into-a-year check up. Next up before ticking off this goal is to find & vist an obgyn and a chiropractor. And when all is said and done, if there’s anything “wrong” with me I’ll make and appointment to visit my natural health specialist for advice. But, yeah got the big appointment made…

I hate making phone calls. So I have insurance going to waste, a boo-boo foot, and who knows what else. Now it’s busy at work so I will have to wait until next month. I need a check-up!
