We’re moving into a rented place next week, and hopefully we’ll have completed this whole uncomfortable process for a little while. I don’t mind renting – we couldn’t afford to buy the house we are about to move into!

The space – ah, the space! – and we will have a study upstairs, a creative laboratory…

So we have nothing left to sign :-) just waiting for the people we are buying off to move into their new home…

Now we need the people we are buying off to do their bit. Soooooo close, but not there yet…

We have accepted an offer on our house, and had our offer accepted on a wonderful house that I can’t quite believe we might get! But we don’t have it yet, and things go wrong, so fingers crossed…

Four people, two bedrooms – our house is back on the market!

It’s time to relax and wait – you can’t push a piece of string.

Not bad – but they’ve all said the same thing – our second bedroom is too small. And, of course, it is. We bought it because we were desperate and it was new. Where is the next desperate buyer to fulfill the prophecy?!

There are sooooo many new properties on the market this month. I fear the only way we will compete will be on price. We’re going to leave it until April when the Spring surge comes crosses fingers

Are we in recession or is it just a bear market? I don’t give a crap, I just want someone to come and look at my house!!! Rant over.

And working myself into a house-moving frenzy. I don’t know if these programs are a force for good for me at this point in the process, but I am drawn to them so strongly. I really want to get on with this,but it will be the New Year before anything more happens. I must try not to have the rest of my life on hold wilst we wait for the market to pick up.
