I’m working hard on a pretty serious training program. I’m up to about 130 Miles per week now. I’m going to be up to over 160 by the last week of September, which is when the century is. I’m totally going to do this!

The Goal

I’ve been working hard on improving general fitness. To date I’ve lost over 25 lbs. The main activity that has helped me in this endeavor is bike riding. I’m ready to take the next step which will include racing and century riding. I’d like to ride my first century by October 31st.
