But I’ve managed to get a regular routine down finally, and I really hope I can keep it going. It feels good. On the days when the gym is super-packed, I stay at home and do Buns of Steel with some crazy music instead of their 90s bullshit workout synth crap. Today I did Buns of Steel to Easy-E! Fun stuff. I highly recommend it for the wacky, “what the fuck am I doing?” factor.

I worked out for an hour tonight, and boy do I feel it!
Force yourself. It would be best to try to start waking up early, but if not, just make sure to stick to the Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sunday routine. Also, mix it up a bit! Try new equipment! Get a trainer!
