a guy hit me with his truck and i was on my motorcycle, i survived and i wanted to kill him for almost killing me, but i didnt, so by sparing his life did i in fact SAVE his life?

does saving my own life count? because i HELLA saved my life recently.. plus i have to dive from cars all the time, i almost get killed at work, i lowered my cholesterol… naah, that last one doesnt count.
