Why 3 years ago

I have a pile of unwearable clothes – either a zipper is broken, a button is missing, there’s a small tear, I need to take it in a size – that I like and could probably fix easily if I took the time. And I have a bunch of outdated, ill-fitting tees that, if just taken in the right way (I imagine), could be turned into hip tops.
