make more friends

I admit that I have not made any steps toward achieving this goal. But, I think that once I make changes in other areas/goals, I will attract more like-minded people. So, no pressure. I’m just going with the flow.

I have often been the “loner” type, although I’m in a job where I’m constantly interacting with other people. I have made some friendships, but not many on a deep level. Most of my friendships are with others much older than me…15-20 years older. I’ve never related to folks my same age..I guess I’m also an old soul. But, it would be nice to have a group of friends to hang out with once in awhile. I think once I get involved in more recreational things (as opposed to working all the time), I’ll meet people with similar interests as me. Wish me luck.
