I can touch my toes! 3 years ago

Alright, so I’ve been making gains. Last night I touched my toes with my legs totally straight! Wahoo! I’ve also been working on my splits so I can kick higher but that’s harder to judge if I’m making progress. Maybe I should measure how high I am off the ground..
I’m not really sure how to stretch but I usually do 2-5 long drawn out stretches for a minute or more each. And I do this twice for each type of stretch(I only do two types right now) Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m down to once every two days, but I’m going to bump it back up to once a day! :P I’m definately more flexible than when I started, but I’m still stiff.

I’ve been stretching everyday for the last week and am planning to keep it up for an entire month to see how I like it. So far it’s been a great thing to do before bed, it helps me relax and fall asleep a little faster. I haven’t noticed much difference on my flexibility yet though.
