at last some respite 20 months ago

The last week was not good at all. You were literally sleeping like an pig!!! But again i have to reiterate the following points for the benefit of all present out here:
1) There is a strong correlation between exercising and getting up early. this is a proven fact.
2) You have to form a habit and stick to it at any cost. Subconsciously you have to foloe this routine. I am sure success will definitely be yours.



Damn it!!! Again felt into that old trap 20 months ago

Yes. That’s right. I have again started getting up late in the morning. Say around eight or nine in the morning. And you know, that it really sucks. Putting up all the hardwork and then letting it all go waste…............... All the other activities have suffered a setback as a result. Such as exercising and studies etc. cauz basically yo u feel misrable Throughout the day.Whaat i have observed here is that will power is the keyof gettiing up early in the morning . If i hav slightest of doubts about th fact that whether i will get up early, than chances are that i will not get up early in the morning . So definitely have to work on my will power. That is the key…..................................

It is all becoming very automatic 20 months ago

Yes,that’s right. Now a days, a miracle is happening. I automatically get up at around five or five thirty in the morning. The feeling i get after gettingup early is absolutely great. It’s not that i get up half awake, the way it used to happen with me in the earlier days when after getting up early, i again used to go to sleep!!! But now a days, I get up, feeling fresh and relaxed. I strongly believe, that i will continue with my routine of getting up early and add that extra punch in my life. O.K…..............................



Finally some improvement 20 months ago

Yesssss!!!! Now finally after much struggling, I am having a bit of control over my sleep hours. For the last three or four days I have been sleeping only for about five or six odd hours. And the best part is that though i sleep around midnight, I get up at sharp five thirty in the morning. And the bset part is that, i am getting a feeling that i can further reduce my sleep, because no amtte at what time i sleep, i almost wake up at four in the mormning(though i put off the alarm and again go to sleep ) but if somehoe i control this, i know that i would be further able to cut down sleep and increase my efficieny. Though i think that i need much willpower for that.I think exercise has got much to do with that.Accordin to me, there is a strong correlation between exercise and getting up early . No matter how much sternous exercise i do i stil tend to get up on time. I will definitely carrry on with my routine. And yes, the prize is awaiting for you. chao!!!



Get up early 20 months ago

It actually makes me sometimes laugh that how many times i am going to cheat myself and not get up early in the morning. Time and again i promise myself that, from now on I will get up early, and give myself a head start for the day.I make up a time table and try to follow the grueling regime for one or two days, but i again revert to my old self and get up at around 8 or 9 in the morning( after which i feel completely disgusted about myself!!!).Now I want to mend my this habit once and for all, and become an certified early riser. I will daily log on to this site and write down about my progress. If I succeed in my endeavor than I promise myself that i will reward myself with a brand new running kit, which will include a pair o nice running shoes and a Nike T-shirt. Chao!!!
