So the last week was not at all good for you. but yesterday and today you did some good amount of workout. but you see that you still have a long way to go. have to do at least 44 pushups in two minutes and 50 sit ups in two minutes. and last but not the least i have to perform at least 8 chin ups head on.

I am missing the high that i get from doing the exercise. For the las t two days, i have not exercised and that i s the reason of my feeling miserable. I can’t tell you how bad it is feeling. I have only around 26 odd days to complete this challange. and i have to do it this time. I cannot just back out, just like that. Its a do or die situation…...........Yes , i mean it literally…........
Yes!!! Finally it seems that you are gettting a hang of exercising. I know that you can already see the improvement in your physique. I feel that, exercise provides you the insight and courage to do difficult and previously unthinkable things. I also feel that after an initial period of time you get the hang of exercising and the adrelanin rush becomes addictive. However, one thing that i have observed is that i lack the proper information about the correct sequence of the exercises and the manner in which to approach the different exericises. I know that systematic approach is the only way that you can build a better and bigger body.
Take criticism in a positive manner and if others point at your wrong method of doing exericise, than learn from them. Also, apart from this right nutriton is also very much necessary. What to eat and when to eat, one ought to know. Try to learn more about sports nutrition. I don’t think that would be a problem for you. ok…..................
Way to go man!!! During the last three odd days, did some solid exercise. I can already see the improvement. Let’s see, if i continue, with my this routine, iam sure will definately make improvement in my physical stamina and strength. Chao!!!
