In my recent foray into skateboarding I ended up dislocating my foot and breaking my ankle. This has resulted in me having to use crutches the last 2 months, doing various kinds of exercises and not eating out as much. Seems this has all added up to me losing more weight. I’ve also lost weight over the last year. Last year at this time I was around 238. Now I’m at around 197. So 40 pounds in a year seems pretty good to me. My goal is to get down to 180, because that’s when the Wii Fit will stop calling me Overweight and just call me Normal.
