I did my 4 burpees in front of my boyfriend today. This took lots of trust and confidence in our relationship because of the unseemly level of fitness I have developed.
Burpee one he says, “Aren’t you suppose to Burp after each one?”
Burpee two he says, “If you do it right, it comes out the front”
Burpee three he says, “If you do it wrong, it comes out the back”
Burpee four he says, “Thats just science”.
Next time he’s doing them with me.
I think this is an awesome way for me to get stated with reeal exercise. I want to let anyone who thinks this won’t do anything to know. I’m sore from doing this. I’m in super bad shape. I can’t hop easily, I have to do girl pushups, I am out of breath after one. Also, my ab muscles hurt a little.
I really need this exercise and so this is a great start.
So I did two this morning while my computer was booting up. I have two strech breaks during the day so I’ll do them then too.
I’ve modified the push ups to girl style because my arms need the work and I cant do a regular one.
This is working for me because its non-impact.
