I think I will start to exercise on Sunday. Every time I start an exercise program (or diet), I have to start it on the beginning of the week, otherwise I feel disjointed. So, this Sunday I will begin.

I have it fairly easy: I live on campus of a university and we have a gym that’s free to students. All I have to do is walk there, and the walk is about 5 minutes from my dorm room! My plan is to go to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:45am – 7:15am (before my classes) and on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30pm – 10:30pm (after my classes). It would be ideal to go early every day of the week, but the gym opens early only on Monday Wednesday and Friday.

Hopefully I can get in shape and start doing something positive for my body.
