maybe i should try a smaller goal? — 1 month ago
so evidently three months ago i was at 191. now i’m at 185. six pounds in three months?? sheesh, at this rate i won’t get to my goal until i’m an old lady! i guess losing six is better than gaining six, but maybe i should rethink this.
also, i recently had an epiphany … i remember back when i only weighed 140 lbs and you know what?? even back then i hated my body and thought i was fat. so it’s not really about the number, is it???
