just bought a video on stretching, will start today probably.
i get really bad cramps sometimes and one of my co-workers (ex-masseuse) told me it was lactic (SP?) acid build-up in my muscles and that stretching is the best way to get rid of it. i do a little bit of stretching before work out, i guess i’ll just have to focus on it more. it was interesting he said that stretching after the workout is even more important than before because that is when the body is releasing toxins which is was lactic acid is. who knew!
