Went to sleep around 3 am
got up around 8 am
had to take a car to garage this morning
got to work at 11:15 am
It’s close to 10 pm and I am still at work
Hope I’ll be home by midnight.
Oh I ate something around 12 pm and 7 pm ….......
Tomorrow will be a better day…I will try
what it means to me by put my life in order…
- go to sleep in decent time frame (around 11 pm)
- get up in decent time frame (around 6 or 7 am)
- go to work on time
- get out of work in reasonable time
- eat three times a day in timely manner
- maybe workout a few times a week
Hmm… it sounds so boring. but none of the above are happening in my life. Does this action plan work? I think I need help on time management.
