Hi,
If you REALLY want this REALLY bad it’s worth trying
otherwise you will give up and hate yourself for it.
Its not that hard and there is no right or wrong way to do it.

1. pick a diet that works for you, not too hard or you’ll find yourelf snacking alot(and it wont help) try a relaxed one that maybe cuts out a few major fattening foods and adds a few slimming/muscle building foods

2. DO not go on food strikes (like where you drink just water)
believe me you feel and look horrible + it doesn’t do anything to help your cause. there was a girl who did this for two days and gained six pounds. because your body thinks its going to be be starved and starts converting everything you eat/drink into fat.
instead of skipping meals take smaller portions

3.Exercise
walking is probably the most practical way to do this
however many people don’t have the time and slack
get yourself a schedule a stick to it religiously
stretch do whatever but keep your goal
if you want to get rid of belly fat do sit-ups
leg fat do squats etc.

motivation is the best way
dont expect to get as skinny as the model on the vouge cover etc.
its not possible without endangering your health
its either genetic or its not lastly dont expect it in a day it takes time but hey maybe a summer?
