Make A Culinary Bucket List

My wife bought me a brie baker. I trimmed the top of the cheese to let the flavors seep in. There was a tad too much spiced rum, but it was good otherwise.

I wanted to make something with artichoke, and this dip was quite easy. My wife bought a can of artichokes, which I think is cheating. Next time I’ll get a fresh one and peal it.

we stopped by a small restaurant and ate some lobster. The cook was kind enough to allow me to hold a lobster as well as drop it into boiling water. I didn’t prepare my own lobster, but I’ll check this off anyway.
