I wrote a story last year and edited it about 30 times, I think, to get it ready to send in. Of course it didn’t win anything but it was a really good excersize in motivation. I don’t intend to give this goal up. Even if I never win anything the process is just so benifitial, and I think it’s good to have something like this to push yourself. Maybe other good things will come from the struggle.
