I’ve let the stress of life derail my progress. My awesome new eating habits have gone, replaced by the old habit of emotional eating. Instead of losing weight or even staying put, I’ve put on about 5 pounds.
It doesn’t matter what I did yesterday, it only matters what I do today. I’ve recognized the issue and will start to deal with it again.
41 pounds down. This was much easier to reach by taking it 5 pounds at a time and making it a lifestyle change, not just a fad diet.
