Controling my own body

I just got over 2 weeks of a really terrible winter cold that migrated from head congestion to chest congestion & cough to abdominal cramping & diarrhea, then back to the chest. It was really miserable, and I felt out of control of my own body. Being a holistic Massage therapist I think I should be immune from getting this stuff, but apparently I’m not. It’s been about a yr. since I’d been sick. I can’t work when I have a cough or when my body is out of balance. Some homeopathic knowledge helped me through this, so I am now motivated to continue homeopathic self study to prevent illness and maintain balanced well being.
