SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely.
How can I make this measureable? You can’t exactly ask your reports if any of them see you as a mentor—that could be seen as a loaded question, that they better answer Yes.
Maybe I should ditch this and change it to something more tangible and measureable.
