I have ballooned up to 195 lbs, and am now settling at around 188. IT’S NOT OK (ha ha, anybody seen ‘Starved’?).
I need to excercise every day, and will start (again) today.

30min Cardio 5x week
60min Cardio 1x week
Strength 3x week
Week_1 was great, Week_2 was a bust. This is Week_3 and I’m going to pile it on… when I get through Week_6 I’m going to treat myself to the Bowflex free-weights. After Week_12 we’ll consider an eliptical (note to self, check elipticals on craigslist).
