So here’s the question: Can I get through the month of February without buying any (more) yarn? I did a fairly spot on job in January. I managed to squeak by having only purchased on 100 gram ball of sock yarn. February isn’t too shabby, either. So fr I am holding at one skein of Noro (... silk garden … drool).

But I am going to my favorite yarn shop this weekend. Let’s hope I can a) managed to keep my self-control and b) not drool all over her new supply of Opal.

How much acrylic do I own? 4 years ago

I went through my stash yesterday and I was completely dismayed by the sheer volume of acrylic I own. Where in Betsy’s name did all this Plymouth Encore and Wool-ease come from and what was I smoking when I bought it?

This acrylic has to be banished from my stash. Maybe I can donate it somewhere.
