Theory Lessons 18 months ago

So I am seeing this tutor, who is a bit of a musical genius, every Tuesday.

He says I have to learn theory if I want to start writing music that sounds good.

I am learning about Scales and modes at the moment.
Tonight I am jamming a few chords down in Logic, for discussion tomorrow.
