Are you BLEEDIN' SERIOUS?!? 14 months ago

The list has been updated! There have been about 250 change-outs, carrying with it a third on my accomplishments on this list! Including Adjunct. Have you read Adjunct? It’s a PAIN! And so much Rushdie and Lawrence has been taken out. I don’t know what is new on the list as I am having trouble getting the spreadsheet to download. I should have that figured out soon, though, as my awesome sweetums in on the case.

The good news is that a third of the books I’ve already read i=on the list is still a pretty small number, sooooo…..Back to the book mines!

Well, now I'm 34 yers old... 22 months ago

And I’ve read 3 more in the past 4 months, bringing my total to 57. Not exactly on the 20-a-year plan, am I? Strangely enough, the rate I need to read them is holding at 20 a year!

Most recently, I’ve read:

The Passion by Winterson (truly wonderful)
The Virgin Suicides by Eugenides (AWESOME!)
A Severed Head by Murdoch (strange but enjoyable)

Currently, I’m reading:

Rabbit is Rich by Updike
The Mountains of Madness by Lovecraft

And then I will be getting to Midnight’s Children by Rushdie

I have read a total 54. 2 years ago

It seems, as a western woman of my particular age, I need to read 20 a year to achieve this goal. Although I have already read 36 books this year, very few were on this list. But I did get a few down!
