Part of my 2008 New Year's Resolutions 23 months ago

1. Get serious about living healthy-I need to set goals or my plan to get in shape won’t happen. I’ll have to write it all out and commit to making it happen.



My goal this week 2 years ago

is to go to the gym 4 times for at least 45 minutes.



Goal this week... 2 years ago

I started my 5k training today with a thirty minute workout. My goal this first week is:
-Workout 4 days for at least 30 minutes
-Each workout will consist of walk/run on the elip. training machine going for no less than 2 miles
-Lift weights at least 2 times



5k then Half Marathon 2 years ago

Here’s the plan…Now that work is about to slow down a bit I am setting some fitness goals for myself.

I am signed up to do a 5k in March and then a Half Marathon in July. The farthest I have ever walked in one day was 15 miles and that was over a 12 hour period! (Up a mountain and back!)

I have not been to the gym in at least 2 months!! I better get my butt in gear ASAP!!

First goal-Get in my car and go to the gym! I’m paying for it I might as well show up.



Making plans... 3 years ago

So I have put in a request to be demoted at my second job…This means that I will now have time to exercise in the mornings! I am also signed up for Weight Watchers meetings. I have my gym membership. I all ready to start eating good food. I am ready. Now-I have two weeks before all of this starts but I can’t wait.
