I have come to the conclusion...

That the only way I can achieve this goal is to lay down and wait to die.

The stress is so bad now that my jaw aches continuously and I’m tried all the time…Sigh, WHY am I like this?



Sigh

I wonder what i will have to do before I can feel good about removing this goal from my list.

My moods seem to be up and down so much I feel like I’m going crazy. I have good reasons to feel down, for sure! I just wish I could figure out ways to not get soooo stressed out by them and to bounce back quicker. I’m thinking of finding out if my insurance covers counseling.

It’s not that I think that I’m insane I just think it might be time to talk to someone else about my issues who are not in the middle of them (like friends and family). It would be nice to get an objective opinion.



Beyond stress...

The last three days I have been not so much stressed as just in a general funk. I have no idea why either. Nothing in my life has really changed all that much in the last few months. No new stresses. In fact, I have managed to rid myself of a couple of things that were stressing me out. But still I wake each morning in a fog of gloom.



Progress...

I feel like I’m doing pretty well on this goal. I’m finding it easier to let things sort of roll off of me. I do still think a lot about money but then again don’t we all?

I have so many reasons to be stressed out right now. I also have lots of reasons not to be stressed out. I wish that I could just smile and laugh my way through the bad stuff like other people do.
Even today-While out having a fun time with my BF all I could think about in the back of my mind was….well, it’s too much to write about but it boils down to one word…STRESSED!!!!
