1. Get serious about living healthy-I have got to focus on putting healthy food into my body. I’m not young anymore and if I don’t start now I’m going to be old a lot faster than I want to be!
The doctor has put me on a required protein diet starting next week! This will help with my illness (and shave some pounds).
He has asked that I follow the South Beach diet.
Has anyone followed this? Will it really help me drop weight?

There were these coupons for $10 off every $50 you spend at the grocers so we went shopping! We got lots of good, healthy food. Now, all I have to do is go to the cabinets and eat some of it. :)

Healthy eating is so hard for a girl on the go though. I need to figure out a way to eat well and not have to stop and cook every meal along the way.

Do you have any idea how expensive healthy food is? Why is it easier to buy junk food than it is to buy good food in this country. I just bought $20 worth of groceries and I might have two days worth of food!
