But-I know that I’m not cured. I really need to pay more attention to what I eat. This is going to take a long time since I’ve got to undo 30 years of the bad eating habits that are wired into my brain.

and feeling good! I still think about fast food way more than I should but I’m working on that.
No fast food for 9 days and I’m doing fine. I still think about it though. Now I need to figure out how to stop thinking about fast food as much as I need to stop eating it.
This is the second time I have done a fast food fast and I am still amazed at how many times a day I think to myself, “Why cook? Just go drive through somewhere.” Akkkkkk! I must reprogram my brain! Right now!!
like I did last year. It will help with my goals of eating healthier and loosing wieght.
