Family outdoor time every weekend

we visited the big park in the nearby city. It has huge fields, numerous park rides, sand, water sprinklers, ice cream van, cafe and bouncy slide. What more could we possibly ask for? We packed up a picnic along with swimming costumes and towels and off we went. It was nice to let them roam free and use up some of that pent up energy. They are fast asleep nnow ready for the hustle and bustle of school tomorrow.

two and a half hours in the park last night. After a shower each, the girls flopped into bed, both happily exhausted.

festival in our local park yesterday so we spent some time up there. It was nice and the music was very good.

and the weather is beautiful so after Poppy had attended her party we took the girls to a park in Warwick. They went on a few fair rides and then ventured into the large park that’s there. It’s amusing to watch them as they are so different in nature. Poppy tends to run around like some sort of loon and never seems to tire while Ella will often sit in contemplation watching others. It’s easy to see how so many arguments can occur but it’s lovely to see them hand in hand, laughing and chatting. They do hold a deep love for each other even if it does get a little hidden at times.
