I have various rewards if I reach my various mini-goals, and I have just come up with the most perfect final reward if I reach my goal weight by the end of the year. A TATOO! I want this one tatoo along the bottom of my stomache (like where your pants hit) but right now i would never show it to anyone because i don’t like my stomach. It is perfect, because having that will motivate me to keep it off so the tattoo stays looking good. My mom will kill me but OMG I cant wait!

It’s time to start a new diet. I am slightly more optimistic about this one because I am being motivated (not sabotaged, not competing with) but motivated by my two best friends. And my goals reach over the time period of a year, which is much much more realistic than a few months. Good luck to me.
i suck at life. i gained about five pounds while i was on vacation. im moving in with a really skinny girl in a month, how will i compare? i dont want to be the fat roommate. :/
The 6 pounds I lost is still gone.. and its been a week!
However, I was hoping to have lost at least another pound or two by the end of this week. I guess I just have not been strict enough.
Plus, whenever i have time to exercise it is just NOT what i feel like doing.

I have lost 6 pounds since last thursday. WHOOOHOO! :)
only 14 to go until i am at my goal weight.
however, i am worried that once i stop my current diet it will all come right back. :/
i will just have to be really careful not to let that happen.
If i continue to try and work out and eat at least 500 less calories a day than i need… then i should lose the 14 pounds by september or so.
Today i am starting the Sacred Heart Soup Diet.
i made the soup (vegetables and beef broth) yesterday, and bought a bunch of fruits and vegetables.
basically you are allowed to eat as much soup as you want whenever you want and then on certain days of the week you can eat other items.
it only lasts for seven days, so i know it is not a magic diet or anything.. but you are supposed to lose anywhere from 5 to 17 pounds. im shooting for ten. haha.
it basically cleanses out your system, because you are eating lots of foods with less fat and few calories. and you are eating it often so your metabolism speeds up.
anyhow it is supposed to sort of jumpstart new healthy eating habits. so this gives me an easy week of dieting so i can figure out how much of what kinds of foods i am alllowed to eat in my new diet.
I recently watched the movie The Secret, and I found it to be very inspirational. I have also started reading the book by Rhonda Byrne.
I think that you should all check it out.
Basically, it says that you attract what you think about.
so if you are thinking i want to lose weight then you are attracting more weight. It doesnt matter to the universe if you are thinking i DONT want to weigh as much, i want to LOSE this weight.
because all the universe understands is the subject….weight
so instead just think, i want to be healthy, thin, skinny, confident… and that is what you will receive.
I have only just started to try and change my thinking so i dont know if it will work for weight loss, but i think its worth a shot!
