What do I consider pointless? I’d rather not be sucked into another show that requires me to follow it religiously each week, save for “24”, and in time, I will eventually give up the Simpsons, but I only watch it when I can. I am doing quite well, and perhaps I am not watching enough TV, the educational and informative stuff, at least. Grrrr.

So…there’s the weekly episode of “24” that’s a must-watch that is hardly pointless…and…what else? The news? Frontline? 60 minutes? I’ve allowed myself to watch movies though…but only movies that make me think…
