This is going to be a difficult challenge because I grab a fair number of meals on the run. My knowledge of cooking is limited to a dozen or so meals, and few of them would most likely be classified as healthy.
I will have to recognize this as an ongoing challenge until I have gathered some understanding of the effects the basic food groups have.
Until I am better prepared, I will start with more fruits and vegetables, less fast food, and a stricter timetable for meals.
