This goal will be on my list for the rest of my life. I’ve exercised at least four days a week for the last 3 or 4 years, and every week it is still a challenge. There have been a month or two where i’ve slacked off, usually around the holidays, and I must admit that i feel AWFUL afterward, so I know the exercise is good for me (mentally and physically), but that doesn’t make it any easier. I write it down to keep myself accountable, and that seems to help. I always feel better after the fact, but when you are tired after a long day, it’s hard to go for that run or get to the gym. But I do it, and hopefully will keep doing it, for as long as I’m able. It keeps me balanced. Wish me luck! And good luck to all of you!!
