Sleeping A Whole lot better 7 months ago

Since I’ve been walking daily for the past 6 days, I sleep really good at next and most of the time…All night through!! Yeah!! I feel so much better through the day now.



Improving Sleep 8 months ago

Since dieting, losing weight, being more active, I have been able to sleep a lot better. I go to bed now at a decent hour and most of the time I get 6-8 hours of good sleep.



Up, down 10 months ago

I am sleeping a little better, but I still have my bad days where I’m up all night…but, it’s still improving.



Improving 12 months ago

Well, I can say that my sleeping pattern is improving. I go to bed at a decent hour but I don’t sleep more than 6-7 hours. And by taking tylenol PM it has helped the sleep be a restful sleep. I feel so much more rested in the mornings now.

Plan:
1. Make myself start going to bed before 12 midnight. The reason I say midnight is because sometimes I have to take my son to work late at night (usually 11PM) and I usually have to be up by 7AM to take son in law to work and then go pick up my son at work. We only have one vehicle. I’m usually home before midnight.
2. Another problem I have is forever thinking. I have alot of things going on and I’m always thinking til dawn’s early light.
3. Another problem is I constantly have the TV going. I gotta learn to turn it off before midnight.
4. I think if I get a bottle of Tylenol PM, it would help me fall asleep faster.
