Many times I’ve vowed to take better care of my skin, only to last a day or two and fall back into bad habits. This time I really want to succeed.
I read somewhere that it takes about 30 days to form a new habit. I’m going to give it a try. I’ve posted my skin care list on the bathroom mirror as a prompt. Some may laugh, my husband is, but I won’t be put off!
I’ll report back in 30 days and see whether the new habit sticks!

It’s 5 days since this goal was articulated. How am I going? Well, with the exception of some adhoc cleansing & moisturizing, I have done nothing else on my list. Told you I’m lazy!! How to make progress? Maybe I should post this list in the bathroom?

When it comes to looking after my skin I am l-a-z-y. The way we look impacts on how we feel and how others perceive us – so I guess it’s important enough.
So here goes, I’m going to commit myself to some serious skin care:
*(cleanse face with glycolic acid cleanser morning & night.
*(Wear a good moisturizer daily
*(Wear SPF 30 sun block daily
*(Apply Idenenone to pigmentation every night
*(Buff skin daily and apply moisturizer
*(Use lactate cream on elbows, knees and heels nightly
*(6-weekly professional facial
*(Take essential oils, antioxidants and vitamins daily
*(Drink plenty of water
*(Wear sunglasses
*(Wear a hat on hot sunny days
*(Go to bed early
Hopefully there’s enough time to go to work and do other things!
